Beautiful job I built the same 7 x 16 drop down door toilet shower up front kitchen sink refrigerator microwave lift bed and electric awning with electric jacks under each wheel for leveling only used a window a/c need to swap out to a split system

Wonder how it will hold up overtime with bumps on the road and such being that these units are stationary most of the time on a wall.

You can 3d print many of the mounting parts as well. This would not be viable for load bearing structures, but for lighter duty applications they work great. I went on thingiverse and just printed out all the brackets I thought were interesting to get a better understanding of working with the material.

Nice! I'm writing this from my own cargo trailer to RV conversion (16 ft). I have never seen a urine only toilet. Wouldn't that be ummm...inconvenient? Have you looked into a compost toilet? Mine is an Airhead, and it cost about $1000 Canadian or $700 US. It is urine diverting, so the urine goes into a two gallon jug that needs to be emptied every few days. The "solids" tank can be coco coir or peat moss. I use my own sawdust after leaving it out in the sun for a few weeks in a clear plastic garbage bag to kill any bugs. This medium only needs to be changed once every 4 to 6 weeks. At the end of the 4 to 6 weeks, the container is no more full than when it was fresh. A fan runs 24/7 which dehydrates everything, so it mostly disappears. No odor, as the air in the room is drawn into the toilet, then exhausted outside through a vent in the wall or ceiling. Odors can't escape the toilet. When you want to change it you can just invert the solids container into a big garbage bag and legally throw it in the garbage or take it to a dump. Add fresh coco coir or sawdust, and you are good for another 4 to 6 weeks. I have been full timing for 7 years and no longer go to dump stations. I don't have holding tanks, except for a 100 gallon fresh tank in the bed of the Ram. I am currently on my bush lot in Quebec for the summer, and will head to Arizona/California in mid - October. I boondock 100% of the time in the desert, and have 1800 watts of solar and 900 amp hours of LiFePO4 batteries. After the solar system, the compost toilet was the next best addition.

Yes the right , yes the T nuts , yes the depth . But the hole is too tight … erm drill it bigger then countersink that sucker … I will be doing a big shop in my (A to Z) online shop - the one with a smile … when using a chopsaw USE A CLAMP with depth shop . And wear glass and face masks …

The aluminum on the roof of these trailers is kinda flimsy when having to stand or crawl around on top of it when installing solar panels, it doesn’t look like you felt it was necessary to reinforce the ceiling prior to installing the furring strips

They did an excellent job on the spray foam, what’s the difference between Havelock wool and spray foam as insulation material?

How harmful are the chemicals used in this spray foam? Is it toxic or non toxic?

If you are considering adding solar panels to the roof, was it necessary to measure first before installing the fan with consideration to the placement of solar panels?

Very frustrating to watch videos like this that exclude critical steps, while showing details of common sense aspects. Like how, for instance did you cut away the center section of the stud without damaging the outer skin?

If being pulled by a 4runner, an aluminum framed trailer would of been the way to go.

Mine doesn't have a stove or a fridge. It has a little robot that I programmed to go out and beg for food.

If you wanted to make it cheaper, you could just put a nice bed on the bottom and put some beanbags on top of it

More people carry the 20 series parts because that is what 3D printers use more. 20/20 and 20/40. Great videos. I watched both. I do allot of wood working but I would have done what you did and use the aluminum. I don’t know why but I love working with aluminum extrusion. I should have build my 3D Printer cabinet from this but went with wood. Next project will be a PC case using both wood and aluminum.

A urine only toilet? Handy for people who can control their bodily functions I guess and a doctor would know better than anyone how to manage that sh#% 😂
